We are an ideal base from which to visit Legoland and Windsor Castle, or explore the beautiful Thames Path on foot or by bicycle. The beautiful towns of Ascot, Henley and Marlow, with their famous sporting events, are close by.
Other local places of interest are Cliveden House, once home of the Astors and now owned by The National Trust, Boulters Lock, and the ancient woods at Burnham Beeches.
After a busy day as a tourist or at work, Sheephouse Manor is a tranquil resting place to recharge and relax.
Mountain bikes are available to hire, and boat trips on the River Thames are bookable locally.

I was only there one short night before I flew out of Heathrow. I loved the manor and the room was very quiet and clean. I will stay there again next year and hope to have a longer visit. Caroline was very nice. I wish I would have had time for breakfast.

Thank you very much for our lovely holiday. We had a great time "down on the farm", which made Ascot week even more special. Meg had a marvellous time with Zoe and Darwin. She just loved being with them. Thank you once again, and we look forward to seeing you next year.
