We are an ideal base from which to visit Legoland and Windsor Castle, or explore the beautiful Thames Path on foot or by bicycle. The beautiful towns of Ascot, Henley and Marlow, with their famous sporting events, are close by.
Other local places of interest are Cliveden House, once home of the Astors and now owned by The National Trust, Boulters Lock, and the ancient woods at Burnham Beeches.
After a busy day as a tourist or at work, Sheephouse Manor is a tranquil resting place to recharge and relax.
Mountain bikes are available to hire, and boat trips on the River Thames are bookable locally.

Thanks Caroline for a wonderful stay. The 2 bedroom cottage at Sheephouse Manor was really comfy. The sitting area on the terrace was wonderful for enjoying a summer evening wine and just chilling. The cottage is so convenient to Bray, Cookham,Hedsor House where our daughter had her wedding reception, Henley, Marlow and Maidenhead. Dining delight by the river in so many places nearby. We will be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were very friendly and made feel at home! Very convenient for dog owners, Jasper really enjoyed the outdoor space. Would strongly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
