We are an ideal base from which to visit Legoland and Windsor Castle, or explore the beautiful Thames Path on foot or by bicycle. The beautiful towns of Ascot, Henley and Marlow, with their famous sporting events, are close by.
Other local places of interest are Cliveden House, once home of the Astors and now owned by The National Trust, Boulters Lock, and the ancient woods at Burnham Beeches.
After a busy day as a tourist or at work, Sheephouse Manor is a tranquil resting place to recharge and relax.
Mountain bikes are available to hire, and boat trips on the River Thames are bookable locally.

Loveliest place I've ever stayed and Caroline is one of the loveliest people I have ever met. Home From home perfection and everything is thought of. Would return and will be recommending to everyone. Thank you for making our stay perfect xx
Vicky (February 2016)
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were visiting family in Maidenhead and our little cottage #4 was a perfect home away from home for us. It was very well stocked with items/appliances required to self cater. The setting was lovely peacful and quiet. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.
