Our Cottages
Every cottage includes:

Private, enclosed patios.

TV, some with DVD players and a selection of DVDs.

En-suite shower with complimentary toiletries.

Fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, grill, microwave, kettle, fridge, large fridge freezer.

Initial supply of washing up liquid, sponges, washing up cloths, loo roll, hand washing soap, kitchen cleaner and tea towels.

Good selection of crockery, glasses, cutlery and ovenware.

Iron and ironing board.

Changeover day is flexible.

Well behaved pets are welcome to stay, subject to a fee of £5 per night per pet with a maximum of 2 pets.

Weekly cleaning, linen and towel change available to book for an extra fee.

Linen and towels are provided on arrival.

Ample free off-road parking is available on the grounds of the property.

Travel cots and highchairs are available at £15 per item per week.

Cottage One
• Cottage One is a cosy studio with everything needed for 1 or 2 people.
• Part of the main stable block, overlooking gardens.
• Enclosed patio garden.
• 4ft 6in double bed, and comfortable chair.
• Plenty of storage available in chest of drawers and large wardrobe.
• Dining table and 3 chairs.
• Cleaning, linen and towel change available to book for £50 per time - please ask.
Cottage Two
• Spacious 2 bed cottage in the main stable block, overlooking gardens.
• Sleeps 5.
• Private, enclosed patio.
• Large master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and single bed.
• Plenty of storage in large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• 2nd small twin bedroom with limited storage.
• Large dining room seats 6.
• Lounge with 3 seat sofa and two armchairs.
• Cleaning, linen and towel change available to book for £80 per time - please ask.
Cottage Three
• Cottage Three is a peaceful 1 bedroom with everything needed for 2 or 3 people.
• Sleeps 2 plus sofa bed in lounge.
• Situated privately, with private fenced garden and patio, sunny aspect.
• 5ft (Queen size) double bed.
• Plenty of storage available in chest of drawers and large wardrobe, bedside cabinets.
• Large corner sofa with sofa bed.
• Dining table and 4 chairs, large bookshelf.

Cottage Four
• Cottage Four is a large open plan studio, with everything needed for 2 adults as a double or a twin, plus 1 child.
• Situated in part of the main stable block, sunny aspect, patio furniture.
• Private, enclosed patio.
• 4ft 6in double bed and sofa bed.
• Plenty of storage available in chest of drawers and large wardrobe, blanket box.
• Small dining table and 2 chairs.

Cottage Five
• Cottage Five is a cosy 1 bedroom cottage, with everything needed for 1 or 2 people.
• Sleeps 2 comfortably, plus sofa bed in lounge, suitable for child.
• Situated on own, with private fenced in patio, sunny aspect.
• 5ft (Queen size) double bed.
• Limited storage available in bedroom; dressing table and wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets.
• Open aspect kitchen-lounge.
• Lounge has sofa bed, and dresser in sturdy oak.
• High dining bar with 2 stools.

West Wing
£910 per week including all utilities
A self-contained, self-catering 3 bedroom annex of our 16th century Farmhouse.
- Private wing of the 16C Farmhouse, sleeps 6, with its own entrance.
- Charming and unique period features of typical sixteenth century, including original beans and low doorways.
- Small kitchen diner downstairs, and 3 large en-suite bedrooms upstairs.
- Master bedroom has 5 foot double bed with en-suite bath, tastefully furnished, TV and desk.
- Two large twin bedded bedrooms with showers, TV's and one with desk.
- Plenty of storage in large wardrobes and chest of drawers.
- Modern kitchen-diner with circular dining table, seats up to 6.
- L shaped sofa area and flatscreen TV with Freeview in kitchen-diner. (please note there is no seperate sitting room).
- Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, grill, microwave, kettle, fridge, large fridge freezer.
- Enclosed garden with outdoor seating.
- Please note all 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the 1st floor, accessed by steep stairs with handrail.
- Some shared party walls, so household noises may transfer.
